Instead of flowers????
My best friend lost her baby. She was delivered at 24 weeks , just under a pound back in Feb. She has been through a heart surgery, and passed away yesterday (my birthday) The funeral is Friday, and not a big fan of flowers. I want to do something special, not sure. I thought of getting a tree so she can plant in memory of her at her house. Is that cheesy?? If so, what do I get? Butterfly bush?? thoughts??

I don't think that's cheesy at all- the butterfly bush would be my choice. I'm so sorry for your friend's loss.

Love the tree idea!!! Theres a tree that has leaves that resemble hearts. Im sorry i forgot the name of it. That would be nice too. Sorry for your friends loss. My prayers go to her and family.

So sad...sending prayers of comfort to your friend.
I think a tree is a very nice idea. I'd look for an ornamental cherry tree. They are blooming all over my neighbor and are just beautiful.
