Disney - with a preggo mom and 1 year old
Which park do you think is best?
I realize he isn't going to fully get what's happening but we plan to head down for a week and would like to do one day at a park.
Magic or Animal Kingdom?
Epcot?
Somewhere else?

I would take a one year old to Magic Kingdom. There's a lot to see and do.

If you're going purely for your DC enjoyment, then Magic Kingdom. But I personally would do Epcot for you and your DHs enjoyment. 
When my DS was that young we did Seaworld. I think it was perfect for that age.

Thanks for the input everyone. We'll probably end up at MK and another park either EPCOT or SeaWorld.
