I've read in a few places that analysts are anticipating the fed to raise the rate tomorow but no one knows for sure. We locked on Friday and REALLY wish we had done it Tues or Weds.

I have been looking at rates for a few weeks now and have been talking to my sister who is a real estate attorney so she is very in tuned with the RE game..I don't think the rates are going to be going down. From what she ahs told me and what I have read from the experts...it seems as though rates will be slowly rising. I tried to lock in two friday's ago and couldn't get my broker to call me back...he finally did the following tuesday but that time the rate he could offer me had gone up .3
