Does anyone do their own taxes?
We do it ourselves (or really, my husband does) using Turbo Tax, and our taxes aren't super cut and dry. The only time we had an issue was the first year we were married, when my husband entered my SSN wrong.
Before we were married, I did it myself using Turbo Tax a couple times and I don't remember it being particularly difficult.

Does anyone do their own taxes?
I do them via Turbo tax myself. Super simple and they walk you through everything. Never had an issue.

Turbo Tax because it's cheaper than bringing it to someone & ours isn't too complicated.

No, way too complicated.
I'm also in charge of my father's finances and investments. I am his power or attorney.
We have an excellent accountant. He always gives us on-point advice considering our situation year to year.

Does anyone do their own taxes?
Thanks for all the responses. I just going make the attempt this weekend. It should be fairly simple. We both work full time, have a mortgage and 2 kids. Nothing else that would complicate it. I am going to use last year's tax return as a guide.

My husband and I do our own taxes. We use Turbo Tax. Yes, take last year's return and use it for reference. The program walks you through it step by step. It's actually pretty easy.
same here. i even have a small business that gets a schedule C done and its pretty easy.
Highly recommend turbo tax.

We do our own with Turbo Tax. I think for really complex taxes it may be worth using a cpa but for most people I think turbo tax works.

We do our own, well, my husband does it and I just plug whatever he says into the calculator. We file online and do not use TurboTax or any other software.
