Disney - how many park days?
How many days do you like to spend at the park? Booking a last minute trip. We can definitely have 4 full park days - 2 MK,1 HS, and 1 AK. Just trying to decide if we should fly out a day earlier (Sat instead of Sun) to get a 5th day. I usually like to pack on Saturday and go on Sunday.

Disney - how many park days?
We spend everyday of our trip in the park, minus our arrival and departure dates since they are usually evening coming in and early morning leaving.

Re: Disney - how many park days?
We are staying in Disney for 4 nights and got 3 day hoppers. We did the same last time and it was perfect for us!
Animal Kingdom AM Magic Kingdom PM
Hollywood Studios AM Epcot PM
The third day was MK and Epcot again.
We like to spend an evening at Downtown Dianey and also have some downtime for pool/hotel.

Disney - how many park days?
When we went in September, we were there for 6 full days- 7 nights. We were gonna do 4 park days and 2 days to swim, do the water parks, check out the resorts...BUT when we went to buy tickets, it was only $30 total to add a 5th day.... So we did that, and ended up going to MK for a few hours on one of our "off" days.... I would definitely plan at least one down day.... But you might find its not much more at all to add the 5th park day, then even if you just go for a few hours on a 5th day, it's worth it

Thanks. I agree the extra days aren't much. I'm actually buying 6 or 7 day tix so we can try getting a character dine or quick park visit on our travel days. Just not sure if I would rather have an extra day with DH's help to get ready for trip or an extra park day.

Re: Disney - how many park days?
We have gone to Disney 5x and never go for more than 3 days. We have even burned the 4th day of tickets to hang out at the pool.
We are going to Disney in March. Staying at Polynesian with 3 day parkhopper. This is our itinerary.
Day 1 Resort Day - pool, roast marshmallows, eat dinner and get pineapple dole whip, watch fireworks from beach
Day 2 MK Day - early magic hour to lunch, come back to resort to rest and then go back in the early evening for parades
Day 3 HS and Epcot
Day 4 AK and then to airport home
If my kids were not in school, we would have spent 1 extra day but DS is only missing one day of school.

This. I'm in the parks every second of my trip.

Make sure you check out the torch lighting ceremony at around 6pm! It's neat! We popped by there to visit last week, and check out the bungalows, and stumbled upon it!

Disney - how many park days?
4 days with park hopper is enough for me. Any more than that and I'm sick of Disney.

Re: Disney - how many park days?
I like the park hopper option on the ticket - We are not 'stay in the park from rope drop to close' people so we split up our days / nights

Re: Disney - how many park days?
We usually do 4 park days but 3 are half days. 1 day at MK (broken up by a hotel break midday) 1/2 HS (AM) 1/2 Epcot (PM for dinner & fireworks) 1/2 AK (AM) I priced out the 3 day park hopper but doing it this way was cheaper and we liked it this way. My kids are wiped by one full day at MK and have no desire to do that more than once. They just want to go to the pool after a morning at the other parks.
