Disney Question
I am trying to book my fast passes, and thus have to kind of figure out what parks we are doing what days. I am more of a go-with-the-flow vacation type, so this is so hard for me. Anyway, I am trying to figure out which parks we should go to the longest because we are doing other activities too (bipity bopity boutique, Tea party, etc). Right now my plans are super Magic Kingdom heavy cause there are a lot of rides for the under 40" set.
For those with younger kids (under 6), what was their favorite park (I am assuming Magic Kingdom for most) and what was their least favorite? (or if you could rank all 4, how would they rank?)
Mostly I am wondering if I should add time to Animal Kingdom at the expense of Epcot or Hollywood Studios, but I am not sure. We haven't been to Disney since we were kids!

Disney Question
We went last month for the first time with our 4.5 y/o DD. We did MK 1.5 days, 1 day at Epcot and 1 day at AK. Animal Kingdom was our least favorite. Loved Magic Kingdom because there is so much to do. And we loved Epcot too.

Disney Question
I would pick AK over Hollywood right now, unless your children love Star Wars. Many things at Hollywood are closing, and the most appealing things to them would probably be the Playhouse Disney show, Little Mermaid show, Toy Story Mania and maybe Beauty and the Beast show. We were just at Disney this week. We did a half day at Hollywood Studios, then took the boat over to Epcot and did the countries (buy an Epcot passport, they write in it at each country). We did the Epcot rides a previous day after our half day in Animal Kingdom. I feel like AK is also a half day park

Disney Question
Magic Kingdom is our favorite. Hollywood Studios is the only place to see Disney Junior characters.

Re: Disney Question
When are you going?
I ask because there are tons of refurbishments going on right now.
Soarin (a major EPCOT attraction) is closed until summer season and like a PP said lots of things are closed at HS.
I would definitely go Magic Kingdom heavy especially if you are going this spring.
I happen to think AK is a full day park, or can be if you're interested in all it has to offer and meet height requirements. It's very large and there's lots of walking involved. I believe 44" plus can ride everything except Primevil Whirl (sp?) which is 48".

Re: Disney Question
Our last trip we did Epcot on our arrival day, three mm days, 1 hs day and 1 am day. It was perfect.

Disney Question
I hate planning in advance too.
It's hard - we've done two trips and all of the parks. My kids liked all of the parks (some more than I thought they would).
My older son, who was 4 last time we went, loved Hollywood Studios the most other than MK. My other son, who was 2 1/2, loved Epcot the most (he really liked Innoventions - he's not as big of a ride kid).
I guess they liked Animal Kingdom the least - but they still liked it.
There's so much to do at each park - I think they will be happy whatever you choose!
