I looked into the AMF ones and the prices vary depending on which one you have it at. the cheapest one I saw was I think 16.99 a kid.
I ended up having DD at Farmingdale lanes it was 17.99 a kid but I got the most for my money there. it included party hosts (AMF charged extra for this), gift for the birthday child (its a shirt) a free bowling pass for all the guests to come back another day kids got to choose from pizza, hot dog or chicken nuggets with chips and drink (AMF the basic package only offered pizza) included party wear (table cloths plates and cups)
ETA: if you want me to send the prices I got for AMF; I got Syosset, Plainview, Wantagh, Babylon, and Melville (bowlmor) I just need to email it to you
