Inexpensive summer camp options?

I work in a preschool, and my kids have all attended daycare there. We have a summer program, which they all attend each year. My oldest in now in Kindergarten though, so we need to find something for him for this summer, since we both work. Most of the camps I've checked out are thousands of dollars. We can't afford that. Our town has a rec program that's really cheap, but only outdoors. So if it rains, camp is not in session. That clearly won't work either. Are there any options for camps that are not weather dependent and are also not super Chat Icon Chat Icon? Or am I asking too much?

Does your school district offer anything? There is a karate studio in our neighborhood that has an inexpensive camp (not karate based).

Not sure where you are located but Camps r us is an option. Not that expensive, open regardless of weather and has early drop off and late pick up options.

My local church has inexpensive day-camp with after-care. Its about 1100 for the summer (8 weeks). We used it our first year of camp, it was the least expensive I came across. Where are you looking?

Are you close to long beach? They have an inexpensive camp run by the city. But not sure if it's residents only...
