I have complete Preggo insomnia!!
I am up every single hour... I finally fell asleep at 6:30am... just to wake up again at 8:30am! I am almost 11 weeks... will this get better? Did this happen to any one else??? Any tips? TIA!!!

this isnt going to be very comforting but this has been me since the beginning and im 31 weeks and no change as of yet what id give for a full nights sleep and in about 6 weeks the baby comes and then still no sleep it stinks.

Sort of, I sleep but anything wakes me up (before I could sleep thru anything)and then when im up, it can take an hr or more to get back to sleep.
Im not sure if it gets better or worse Nic.
And wait till the baby comes...

I woek up a lot in the begining because I had to pee so often, but then it got much better and even when I did get up, I was able to fall right back asleep. Now that I'm so close to the end, sleep is hard to come by. I'm so uncomfortable between the peeing and the pain in my hips and back.

I have had trouble falling asleep this past week and I think a lot has to do with thinking...
I wish I could turn my brain off.
Good luck to you and if you figure a solution, clue the rest of us in on it.

Welcome to my world!!! I get at most 4 hours of sleep a night. My eyes are completely wide open - it stinks!

Mine just really kicked in. I have no advice, but you have my sympathy. Some nights are good for me, but others, like last night, I only get 4 hours if I'm lucky.

For the first ten weeks I would wake up at 3:30am every night! Some nights I could fall back asleep, others I would cry b/c I was soooo tired. My body grew out of it though and now I can sleep through anything.
