The dinosaurs, the ocean room and the bugs. My son at that age loved the planetarium also

Dinosaurs definitely. There was also a butterfly exhibit, it's probably still going on. The planetarium freaked my son out at that age but there are usually a few good 3D movies, some better than others for that age.
