Prenatal Aerobics
Currently I have been doing a Prenatal Yoga DVD at home. I am looking for something that is aerobic exercise to do at home also. The light weights and yoga just aren't cutting it!  Any recommendations? TIA!

I didn't even bother with the prenatal stuff - I got one Pilates video and hardly ever used it.
I stuck with my regular gym routine, but just scaled it back. I wore my heart rate monitor too.
You should be able to do any video, as long as you don't over-do things.

do you belong to a gym and if so do they have a pool- the best aerobics you can do for you and the baby is in the water.
