They are probably gone now, but Target and Walmart both had them, as well as Sears.

I always got pants at target. Boots are another story. Hard to find and I have gone to multiple store. We shoved his feet in the old ones. They fit but slightly tight. They will work for the short time he's outside.

I got snow pants at target on clearance yesterday for $13.00. Snow boots I got yesterday at kohls in deer park. They were $30 and then I had 30% off. Kohls in massapequa had absolutely nothing yesterday.

I bought my DD snow boots at Target before Christmas and I just got her snow pants for $14 and waterproof gloves for $6 at Kohl's yesterday.

i got snows pants for my older one at Kohls. they had a ton. I'm sure they would have them for younger. I am OOS in Ct I also bought their boot stheir before XMas but know they still had some

I bought snow pants and boots at sports authority last weekend. the snow pants were $40 with 40% off and the boots were $19.99. Together the whole thing came to $43

I'm not sure about pants, but Payless had snowboots yesterday. I got DD a pair.
ETA: Also, last year at this time, I got DD a snowsuit--overalls and a jacket--on clearance at Nordstrom Rack for just $17! They had a good amount of them.
