Question about the affair ..
I just started watching this the other day I am up to season 1 episode 10. I get the story is being told from Noah's side then Allison's side what I don't get is how some of the stories are so different from each other. is the point you need to figure out which one is true.
also I guess they both believe they way they are telling it is the real way it happened?

Question about the affair ..
They both believe what they are telling is true.
But I'd bet that neither of them are 100% true and as with everything the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

it annoys me how so different it can be and I want to know which is true  ... like the pregnancy test. off the bat I knew it was his daughter but I don't get how when Allison tells it she finds it but when Noah tells it he is finding it. it's two completely different stories so I sit wondering well what the hell really happened

This is my favorite thing about the show.....just goes to show you how everyones perspective is so different and can be very far off the truth.

That's what I like about the show too....
It shows how the same situation causes two different perspectives. I don't think it a case of figuring out the "truth" but how each character experienced the same situation and how it leads to the decisions they make going forward.

i get the 2 different perspectives on certain things like maybe who came on to who how one person felt in a situation what I don't understand is how once scenario is completely different from another one both cant be true. is he rich or is he not rich. did Cole point the gun at the 3 of them or did he just shoot it when Noah was fighting his brother. both ways cant be the truth only one can. so one person is in lalala land while the other one is in reality
