Anniversary of Immigration - any ideas?
Sunday is the 20th anniversary that my parents left all behind and moved us to America! :) My brother and I wanted to celebrate (maybe a nice lunch?) but is there any other cute ideas for a gift or something? We wanted to show my parents how grateful we are.

Anniversary of Immigration - any ideas?
Do you have any family photos from that year? Maybe enlarge a pic and put it in a nice frame

I had a party for my dad for 50 years in the USA! I did a slide show but don't remember particular gifts sorry!

Anniversary of Immigration - any ideas?
I made my mom a scrapbook. I put in the US flag and her native flag with the year she left on one page. I put in a price comparison of things like coffee and gasoline on another page. I put who was in office (NY governor then and now, president then and now). I put pics of us kids. I also contacted her very very good friends and told them what I was up to and had them write something that I included together with a pic of that friend.

Anniversary of Immigration - any ideas?
I made a poster board scrapbook style for my parents' anniversary arriving in the US. I included phrases from stories we heard, newspaper clippings, a picture of them at the airports, historical events that happened when they came, etc. they framed it and it's still hanging in the den!
