This is a spin off to the daycare gift post. If your DC goes to a home daycare, how much do you give the owner(s) for the holidays? What about the assistant(s)? My DD has been in a home daycare since October and there are 2 co owners and 1 main assistant (i'm not sure if there are other assistants, if so I haven't met them)... I will be paying them anyway the week from xmas eve to new years day even though DD will be home with me, since I am off from work then. Does a $25 gc seem too little? TIA.

DD's go to an in home daycare 4 days a week. There is an owner, her niece, and another assistant. I was thinking $50-$100 for the owner and her niece since they're the main teachers and then $25-$50 for the other assistant (she just started halfway through the year).
