You have to pick Jan 18-20. I just tried it and it still worked. It comes out to $210 for 2 nights in the desert room.

Our school district has an extra teacher workday tacked on to MLK so it was perfect. We probably won't use the second night but it was still a good deal. Winter weekends seem to be in the $500 range.
