Anne Hathaway Is Pregnant With Her First Child

It looks like there will be a new prince or princess of Genovia sometime soon. Anne Hathaway is pregnant with her first child with husband Adam Shulman.

“Anne is in her second trimester and feeling great!” one of two sources told E! News.

Sure enough, the 32-year-old Oscar winner has been photographed out and about in Beverly Hills this week with a sweet little belly. Speculation that the star might be expecting began in late September, when hints of a belly could be spotted at the red carpet premiere of her latest film, The Intern. And earlier this month, she was seen at LAX airport wearing unusually baggy clothing and hiding her middle from paparazzi with her jacket and oversized bag.

Hathaway and her producer husband, 34, were married on Sept. 29, 2012. In November of that year, she told the Hollywood Reporter, “I really want to have a baby” and said she hopes to “join the ranks” of celeb moms “soon.”

“I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely,” the Princess Diaries queen told Vogue around the same time. “I think about it all the time, though it’s a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I’ll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can’t wait to meet them.”
