your dc's 13-15 month sleep schedule please
Can you please post yours?
My ds is 13 months and before the time change, we were doing great. This was his schedule:
wakes 6:30am
nap 8:30-10
nap 1-3:30
bedtime 7:30pm
On the 2-3-4 schedule.
Now no matter how he sleeps during the day or what time he goes to bed at night (early or later), he's up at 5:30am. I can't figure out how to change it back to how it was.

I would try getting rid of the morning nap and moving up the afternoon nap to more middle of the day.That may help sleep longer at night.

He may be ready to drop the 2nd nap. Around a year a lof of babies go down to 1 nap.

DS is 13 months as well
Wakes 5:00am (drinks 4 ounces of milk goes right back down)
Wakes for the day 7:30
Nap 9:45/10 (usually 1-1 1/2 hours)
Nap 2:30/2:45 (usually 1-1 1/2 hours)
Bed 7:30
Maybe try having him nap later 10:30-11 and only have one nap

DS is 14 almost 15 months
Wakes at 6 (5:45/6:15 some days)
Naps 9:30-11
Naps 3/3:30-4/4:30
Bed between 7:45 and 8pm

I would probably try going to just one nap. My DS dropped the second nap around that age.

yeah see i'm not sure he's ready for 1 nap because he slept GREAT before the time change 2 weeks ago.

Wakes up between 6:30 and 7:30
Nap from 11-1, somewhere in that area. Sometimes if he wakes up early, he'll nap 12-2
Sometimes he takes second nap 3-4, sometimes he skips it
In bed for the night by 8pm
