It was her project/idea and you, as you said are just along for the ride ........so, she had something in mind when she decided to do this - Unless she's asking you to spend $300 on matching outfits, i'd just continue to go fro the ride.
I agree with you. To answer a few questions, my Dh paid for the groupon and will be paying for the photos. I would like a say in what they wear. Maybe "final say" was the wrong expression to use. I just know we have different styles and I don't want to be steam rolled over.

I would do both. Pj's are absolutely adorable and the formal outfits look great too.
