We actually got them yesterday on our cell phone. The browser at my job was giving us problems to order. Try your cell phone. We checked this morning and there was tix still available.

I was ready & armed 9am Monday morning with the EllenJB code. 2 laptops, my cell & house phone. Everything was going smooth for 15 minutes & then "No Matches" message. The price range was ridiculous anyway..cheapest $300 bucks for shyt seats.. thanks a bunch Ellen.
Finally got them with the Amex preferred seating code which is 800-525-3355 if anyone still needs it, just remove the dashes.
4 ticket limit. Its my daughters Christmas present. $150 Row 9, Section 23 at Barclay's.
Just ordered a huge JB stand up life size poster on Amazon so he can hold the tickets, next to the tree.
Good Luck ladies. I don't mind going to the concert but I'm dreading getting to & from Brooklyn! Its so congested around the Arena.
