How much to tip housekeeping
We've been living in a hotel for the past 5.5 weeks while our house gets worked on. We finally found out today that we can move back home in a couple of days! How much should we tip housekeeping? They come every 2-3 days to make the bed, change the sheets, throw out the garbage, and clean the bathroom.
Also if anyone ever needs a hotel, the courtyard Marriott in Ronkonkoma has been fantastic! We've been in a suite that's bigger than my old apartment! Older DD will definitely miss the giant jacuzzi tub!

Typically I give a dollar or two per person per day.

How much to tip housekeeping
For the future, you should probably tip each time. If the don't pool the tips, the woman who cleans on your last day may get the full $150 even if she didn't clean every time.

Yeah we didn't leave it in the room. We gave it to the manager to distribute for that reason. The staff at the hotel was wonderful.
