EPCOT area spa or steakhouse?

So I wanted to get a gc for either a nice spa or a nice restaurant for a couple turning 30 that will be going to Epcot for the weekend.
No kids. Can anyone recommend either a spa or nice restaurant I can get a gc for?

Are they staying on Disney property? If so, there is a nice spa at the Grand Floridian and also at Saratoga Springs.

In the Boardwalk area, there is the Mandara Spa at the Dolphin - I've had some great massages there.

As far as steakhouses - there is the steak house in Epcot's Canadian pavilion - Le Cellier. It is difficult to get a reservation though.

There is also: the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht & Beach Club and Shula's at the Dolphin to name just a few.

For the ultimate no kids menu - Victoria & Alberts at the Grand Floridian is AMAZING! It's expensive, but always blows me away.

Instead of getting a gift certificate to a specific restaurant, I would get a $100 Disney gift certificate. That way, they have the most options.

I got a reservation at le cellier no problem, but I didn't like the food :(
