Interview Attire
Is it ok to wear a nice dress to an interview or do you have to wear a suit?

if you wear a dress, pair it with a blazer.

as above, it really depends on the industry and position. I, personally, would never wear a dress, but I would wear pants, blouse and blazer that WERE NOT a suit.

Like another poster said, depends on industry and position. I'm in accounting and would only wear a suit or a blazer, blouse and pencil skirt that looked professional.

I work in advertising and have worn dresses to interviews.
Know your audience.

A very good example!
It's all about which industry you are interviewing for!
I would NEVER wear a suit for an interview, but I WOULD wear a dress.
