When you know your done having kids....
What did you do with all the kid stuff (clothes, toys, baby gear)?
ETA....if you donated or sold, where do you do this?

The things that are in good condition, that I like, I'm saving for when my sister has children.
The things I didn't like (ie: gifts I couldn't return) get donated.
The things that aren't in good condition or can't/shouldn't be reused (think: pacifiers, bottles) get tossed.

#1 was a girl. I saved ALL of her things for future children. (she's 4 now) #2 (due at Christmas) is a boy so all those clothes are just sitting in my attic. I brought some down a month or two ago to sell on a local swap shop (maybe even trade for some boy clothes), but then panicked and brought them backup again. lmao. I guess I'm still unnaturally attached to them. I don't plan on anymore kids after this, but kind of assume that I'll be holding onto both sets of clothes for a while just in case. Maybe if someday I'm ready to let go, then it will still be held onto until a family member can benefit from them.

I give everythngnto family and friends if they need it.m anything else I donate. I just donated three cribs that I probably could have sold but I just don't have the time and would rather give it to someone who can really use it.

I gave a bunch of stuff to a friend. I plan to give away as much stuff as possible to friends and then I will donate the rest.

Sold the bigger items and some clothes at a yard sale. Still have tons of clothes but sold a batch to someone here she is interested in the bigger sizes I have so have them on the side for her. The smaller sizes I will be donating.
