it's been weeks and it says they cannot accept my payment at this time.

Me too!
So annoying. A few months back, my password wasnt working and I knew it was right. I called to have them reset it. Spoke to 3 different people and they all couldnt help and didnt know what was wrong.
I need to get solar...
