Tipping Question
We are getting a new washer/dryer today. We paid a $200 delivery/installation charge.
Do we tip still? DH says no but, I thought we should... Especially since our washer/dryer are stacked in an upstairs closet.
Thanks!

Tipping Question
Thanks - usually DH handles this stuff since he's home certain days during the week but, today I'm working from home and he's at work.
They managed to get them out without unstacking so I guess it's less work.

Tipping Question
Yes. $10 a guy. THEY don't get the install or delivery fee. The company gets it.
Its a way to say Thank you for doing this hard work.
You don't have to, obviously. But I would tip them $10 a man.

Tipping Question
Thanks - I ended up tipping since the guy spent some time with me discussing the machines and saved me some money on certain things. It turned out working in my favor because he came back in with some things we bought but didn't use and he told me I could return them.

Tipping Question
I only tip waiters and hair stylists.
I swear, I felt the guy who had set up my cable was expecting a tip.
That's nice he did all that - but you shouldn't have to give sodmone a tip to be treated fairly or to have someone NOT rip you off, you know?

Tipping Question
yes... dominos charges a 2.50 charge the delivery guy doesn get, so they get $5...
These guys are carrying heavy appliances farther than the front door... usually like $5 or $10 each of the two guys... something longer like a multi room carpet install usually $20 a guy.
