sugar cravings ~ period related
if you crave sugar around your period...when does it strike you?
I can eat so healthy and have no sugar cravings until the 2 week mark before my period is due. so aggravating! and fruit doesn't cut it.
anyone else?

1 week before I crave sugar and salt. And usually together. If I don't get it, I'm a lunatic

When I am pms I am a nasty emotional ravenous B who throws her organic diet out the window to eat whatever she can scavenge.
