Tre checks in - Furious!!!!!
When the hell are people going to learn:
1. YOU DONT LET KIDS UNDER 12 SIT IN THE FRONT SEAT. EVEN IF THE AIRBAGS ARE TURNED OFF THEY CAN STILL GET HIT FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE.
2. TEACH AND *MAKE* THESE KIDS WEAR A SEATBELT THE RIGHT WAY.
On most reality tv shows I see a lot of people wearing seatbelts the wrong way. When Melissa was taking all the girls to the nail salon 3 of the 5 girls were not wearing the seatbelt correctly.
If they get into a car accident these kids CAN die. at the MINIMUM they will be severely hurt because the sat belts wont hold them in correctly.
Stupid, dumb ass people.
INFURIATING!!!!!!

Re: Tre checks in - Furious!!!!!
I was thinking the same thing. NONE of them were buckled the right way, if they were even buckled in at all. Melissa's son was all over that back seat when she was driving down to the shore. Even my DH was like I don't know much about child safety but that just doesn't seem right to me

Re: Tre checks in - Furious!!!!!
I don't watch that show but I see on Facebook ALL THE TIME- people posting pics that they think are just SO CUTE but that just show how wrong they have these kids restrained.
Example- this weekend someone I am friends with liked a picture- so I saw it on my feed. I don't know this person but they had about 4 kids in the back seat of a mini van all fast asleep in their seats. Some were youngish in high back boosters and when they fell asleep they were literally HANGING forward from the seat belts. Like dangling.
It goes to show that you can't have the kids in a booster with a seat belt if they can't sit upright in the right position for the belt even when they fall asleep. Hence why DD is in a 5 pt harness at 5 years old and will be for a long time. I see how she passes out in the carseat and her head slumps forward. No way would she be able to maintain proper seat belt position like that. No way.
Eveyone comments how funny the pic is and how cute, etc- and I am like the only one thinking- holy SHITT that is soooo dangerous!
