Carters. DD is 3 and I bought size 4/5 in big girls they fit perfect. They also have a little bow in the front. They come in a 2 pack a little pricey but they are thick and wash well.

Girls white undershirts
I've been buying Sonoma brand from Kohls for my almost five year old since last year. She wore size 3T in clothes last winter and I've been buying a girls 4/5 and they fit her well.

Carters love them and you will end up ordering online. They usually get sold out in stores from my experience. They have tanks (great for under dresses), t shirts and long sleeve. I just ordered all 3 styles. LOL

I use to buy Carters and Kohls Sonoma brand. I really liked the Sonoma brand ones. They stayed nicer than the Carters ones. She even fits in the ones from last year (4/5) and she is a tall 4 year old.
