Mortgage question
My company just had a big layoff and I am consequently looking for a new job. We were about to start seriously looking, which is now put on hold until I find a job. My question is will we be approved for a mortgage if I am in a brand new job?

Re: Mortgage question
Yes! You will probably have to provide pay stubs from your last job, and they will prob. need to verify employment at your new company but I'm sure it won't be a problem.
Good luck on the job search!!!

Re: Mortgage question
Shouldn't be a problem, especially if you are staying in the same field of work.
I got a mortgage right after a job change, and total change of field....so you should be fine!

Re: Mortgage question
Definately- my dh got approved only one month on his new job. Just keep your paystubs from your old one.
