MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We have a number of positions available in our growing medical practice (which is why I have so many available).

* FT Medical Receptionist - we need someone who has experience as a medical receptionist, preferably someone who has worked with EMR as well as handling medical records, authorizations, and medication renewals, however we WILL train the right person.

* PT Medical Assistant - this position really is more of a "scribe", you will function as both a MA and scribe for the doctors/PA's. This is PT, potentially full time some weeks. We would prefer a new graduate with a Bachelors, someone who is looking for a career in the medical field as a PA/MD. We understand that the applicant will need training and we are willing to do so.

* PT - FT Psychologist - We are looking for an experienced Psychologist. This person would need to set up the Psychology department within our practice from scratch. We do not have a salary in mind at this time, that I would have to post at a later date. This is for Full-Time in South Farmingdale, Integrated Spine & Pain care, we are looking to start up a psychology practice within our office. Experience with Pain Management and Opioid Dependent population a plus!

* PT - FT Physical Therapist - We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist. This person would need to set up the Physical Therapy department within our practice from scratch. We do not have a salary in mind at this time, that I would have to post at a later date. This is for Full-Time in South Farmingdale, Integrated Spine & Pain care, we are looking to start up a physical therapy practice within our office.

I have posted on LI Job search, Craigslist, Indeed - I've set up a few interviews, some OK candidates, but a lot of people no showed for interviews. Or, their resumes were emailed and came over so jumbled I couldn't read them - and then they asked for an interview. We NEED these positions filled ASAP. Any assistance I can get here, would be greatly appreciated. We have hired one great person in the reception position, but I really need one more amazing person - I have someone that we hired that has 10 years experience... and you'd never know it! Salaries are competitive with going rates.

This is probably one of the most difficult times to hire. The unemployment rate is at an all time low, amongst other things.

I am constantly hiring and its is insane what I have went through this past year trying to find people, no show for interviews, no show for trial days, no show for first day of work. Late every day, scamming paychecks at check cashing, scamming unemployment, you name it!

Do you have more info on the FT medical receptionist? And what is the salary and where is the office?

Ugh wish I could apply for the medical receptionist position ! Have you tried linkedin to post the positions? I feel like you will have better odds there. Good Luck!

i just read this on a baby board i am on... OMG people! not sure what state this was in.

That's insane. I mean, I've had people come in stinking of cigarettes but never one that seemed drunk or high!
