Need a decorating tip

Our new house has traditional blue carpet like crayon blue lol not too light and definitely not navy. Just a standard blue. We currently have a gray couch- the walls are peach. What color would you paint the walls and what type of accent chairs would you get? We are leaving the blue carpet it's fairly new so it can wait.
I was thinking maybe beige oversized accent chairs? Or something floral? Idk anyone have any ideas?!

I like blue/brown or blue/gray. I think since you have a gray couch, I would do a really light gray wall with a dark gray accent wall (if you have a wall available for that). I have 2 light grays in my house (silver mist, which has a lot of blue in it, and winter solstice, which is more of a true gray) both by Benjamin Moore. In the room with silver mist, we have Kendal charcoal as an accent wall. It's a really dark gray.

My sister moved into a house with bright teal rugs- they're bold, but they're expensive and in great condition. She had a brown coach and painted the walls tan. It looks great.

I don't think you can go wrong with a neutral on the walls!

I'd do a pale grey.

Since you are going to purchase chairs I would start three. Find a chair and fabric that you love that works with the blue and grey then pick a wall and accent color. I would definitely do a pattern of some sort on the chairs.
