That's way more than a large meal. He looks like $hit and far from shredded. In fact, he has so little muscle tone in these pics. I've never seen him looks so awful! 
ETA - I doubt it's fake, look at the profile shot, even his chin/neck look chubby.

And I'd like to add that most of my bodybuilding friends look like that a day after being shredded on stage for a show. Then a day or two of regular (bodybuilder style regular) eating and they are shredded again.

The man has the body of a Greek God. He is laughing it off but also making a point about body shaming of any kind being wrong on his recent posts.
