I don't really think so. I saw part 2 but could barely remember what part 1 was about. You'll definitely know the characters and their back stories better if you see part 1 though.

Horrible Bosses 2 was funny... The sex addiction therapy group scene, I could die!

Yeah the whole thing with Kevin Spacey won't make any sense without seeing part one.
Part one was really good. Colin Farrell is unrecognizable!
Kevin Spacey cracks me up - his part really made both movies IMO, so funny.
Jason Bateman too. He's so funny.
