I want that so bad because every single time I come to this board I have to wade through an entire front page of Disney threads to find anything else.
I feel like the travel board has just become the Disney board and nobody on this site travels anywhere else but Disney.

They should just rename this one then because really, it's pretty much all Disney threads.
Us other folks can just ask our few travel questions on FHF.

I requested it in the past but nothing came of it. Right now, 14 or 15 of the posts on page 1 are about Disney.. out of 25. LOL. We need one. Pleaseeeeeee, pretty pleaseeee admins?

I'm responsible for a few of the disney posts, but I still agree. Disney is a huge subset of travel and vacations and does need a board of its own. when i originally wanted some other travel info, I felt overwhelmed by Disney posts too! I just don't feel people post enough about other places...

Totally agree with this. We go to Disney at least once a year (most years twice - own DVC) but still travel other places.

On our trip down and back last week, DH joked that he felt the only people who go to Disney "on vacation" are Long Islanders.

I'm trying everyone. So far no luck.
BUT promise me that if I can get this pulled off...that you'll actually post on that board!
There's nothing worst than everyone asking for boards and they don't post on it. Then the posts get reported and moved and the admins get some nasty FM's.

Yep! I asked a question just yesterday- it got one response and got BURIED by Disney questions.
I want to see the real world- not the fake world created by Disney.
But I guess I'm in the minority - judging by the posts on this board.
