I don't think it's photoshopped only because you could see her rear when she stood up after Kayne won the award. Video can't be photoshopped!
This is when I noticed how awful she looked. Like everyone else said, I know she's pregnant and I really hate to make fun, but Jesus, wear clothes that fit. Everything is so tight, I can't breathe looking at her.
