Out of the box my plasma came with a stand that attached to the TV and sat on top of the cabinet you see in the attached pic. Later I hung it on the wall. Image Attachment(s):

I have a 42" plasma and I have this entertainment center. I also have the back piece of flat wood which isnt highlighted. The tv hangs on the back piece. Even though the picture shows 2 glass doors and 1 wood door the insert panal you can actually change so you get 3 wood inserts and 3 glass ones. It is a very substantial piece of furniture and looks beautiful and is made really well. It does come in a few sizes.

We are in the market for a new TV, but we already have the entertainment center. None of the pieces are connected to one another including the top part so you can adjust it to your needs.
We got it at Raymour & Flanigan.
