Toddler Lunch Ideas... tricky
So... DD is going to a new daycare setting that is kosher. We can buy meals, but we can bring then as well. Dd is super picky, so I need some new ideas.
Requirements:
No peanut/tree nut
No meat
Dd likes veggies but hates fruit
Ugh... I have no idea what to give her

yogurt
cheese with crackers and vegetables
cheese sandwich
salads
pasta with sauce
pasta salad with lots of veggies
avocado sandwich
bagel with cream cheese
hummus sandwich or hummus to dip with veggies
vegetable soup
egg salad
muffins

In addition to the pp great ideas, we do mac & cheese (Thermos funtainer), Pasta & Veggies w/oil/garlic, Cream cheese (sometimes jelly too) sandwiches, Grilled Cheese (wrapped in foil lined with a papertowel), Cheese/Crackers/Fruit. We do lots of fruit, avocado, cucumber/olives, mixed veggies as sides.
ETA: just noticed you said she doesn't like Fruit. Have you dried Freeze Dried Fruit?

skinnytaste as a recipe for eggplant meatballs that I make DD
Grilled Cheese
Mac and Cheese
Pasta with veggies
minestrone soup
lentil soup
split pea soup
ravioli's with sauce
egg muffins--take a muffin tin and you can mix any type of veggies with eggs and then bake in the muffin tin.
