Re: childrens bedding
My 3yo DD is in a full size bed. I have 2 regular sized pillows on her bed (with a body pillow behind it so they don't fall back). She has a princess sheet set, a white down alternative comforter (it's lightweight). She also has a basic PBK quilt which we use in the winter in addition to her down comforter to keep warm.

Re: childrens bedding
Both boys have a full bed. They are 6 and 4. I picked a color rather than a theme so this way it can go with anything.
For my 6 year old I got the comforter set from Bed Bath and Beyond. Nice comforter, sheets, and pillow cases for two pillows. He sleeps under the sheet so I wash that once a week and the comforter every few months or so unless they're sick.
For my 4 year old it's a PB comforter and I bought green sheets and pillow cases to match from Target. He also sleeps with two pillows and he still has the bedrails on it.
My 4 year old sleeps with the pillows one behind the other and likes to sleep more sitting up with a few stuffed animals on one side of the bed. My 6 year old sleeps with the pillows next to each other and a bunch of stuffed animals on each side. Kind of funny how different they are.

childrens bedding
My DD is 4 and has a full size too. She has a comforter with matching shams and another blanket that she can pull on top of the comforter if she gets cold in the winter. She has 2 standard sized pillows that she sleeps on and I use the pillows with the shams on them to line each side of her bed so she doesn't hit the nightstand or the wall. She has a couple stuffed animals on there too.

both of my boys have PBK quilts - they stay on their beds - I don't change w/ seasons. I also went w/ Colors rathar than themes They have normal sheets and two pillows - my 4 year old sleeps horizontal in the middle of the bed, under the covers (head and all) Pillows usually tossed on the floor. My 6 year old sleeps with the pillows on either side of his body and his head on the matterss w/ the covers usually pushed off of him b/c he's always hot
