I am not sure how to make them but I just wanted to say that I made cake pops (Elmo) for my sons birthday and it was a huge pain in the ass. I would never make them again, I would pay someone else to.
Add up the ingredients cost and how long it would take you and see if it would be comparable for someone else to make them lol.

are you talking about the ones that are a big oreo on a stick with the mini oreos attached as ears?
You attach everything with melted chocolate in a squeeze bottle.
for the bows, you can buy them, or get a chocolate mold and make small bows - and then attach those also w/ more melted chocolate.
I did mini mouse rice krispie treats for my niece's birthday party ......you have to make a lot b/c of the shape of them - but it was much easier than the oreo pops
