My daughter lived on this for probably her first year. I would put it in her nighttime bottle. It was recommended by her ped and I swear that it helped her colic, witching hour , and helped her with gas and to sleep as she got older.

It helped my DS with hiccups, that's about it. It didn't help with colic or gas pains.
