Recommend your gym
I've been to Gold's Gym (too expensive but I LOVED it), Planet Fitness (too ghetto, at least the one by me), and Retro Fitness (meh). Can you recommend your gym in Suffolk? Preferably between Bay Shore/Islip/Smithtown?

Membership allows you to go to all locations. I follow my favorite instructor to 2 different gyms.
I live by bayshore and go there mainly. But go to Holbrook for this specific instructor on Wednesdays.
It's inexpensive and I love that it's all women
Classes are great as well
