Camp tipping question

I have an idea of what I'll give the boy's counselors, but figured I'd ask here.
They are there for 6 weeks for 4 full days. What would you give? When I asked the director for their counselors names since she knows this is their last week she just listed 3 for my 4 yr old's group and 2 for my 6 yr old. It's a new camp and very small so didn't have a whole tip list to give out and they are super flexible on everything, which is why I loved it for the boy's first year in camp.
