Weekend away
DH and I want to go away for Labor day weekend. Our DS will be 10 months old (holy crap), we just did Saratoga, so we don't REALLY want to go back there (though we love it and will probably do that if we can't think of anything else). Trying to keep it reasonably priced, and not crazy far away. Recommendations? Thanks!!!

Weekend away
I'd also recommend Boston. The weather is perfect that time of year and there's lots of things to do with your LO

Re: Weekend away
We love going to the finger lakes (Ithaca) and am currently planning on a trip there in a few weeks. They have a great childrens museum, farmers market, play grounds, out door places to just walk around, etc...

I was thinking that too. We know Seneca lake, and the wineries over there are yummy, lol. Thanks!

Re: Weekend away
If you're thinking boston, just bear in mind there's tons of colleges there, pretty much all of which start up around Labor Day, so hotel rooms may be going for more that weekend.

Re: Weekend away
We just went to philly & had a blast. Would go to Boston for longer. IMO, a 10 month old will just go with the flow... So go somewhere for you!

Portsmouth NH
Lots to do. Awesome town with great restaurants and lil shops. VERY kid friendly. Prescott park and Strawberry banke fun attractions. Theres also a fun childrens museum in Dover 15 mins from Portsmouth that your lil guy would love.
