Anyone familiar with Laryngomalacia?

DD was diagnosed with this at 2 weeks old. Anyone else's LO had this? My ped doesn't seem concerned at all and of course when I google I read worse case scenarios and I'm freaking out over the possibility of surgery one day.
She's only 6 weeks old so I know we have awhile until it goes away, but it's challenging, especially when I feed her in public and get states while I'm feeding her.
She's gaining weight though which is great. I want to give a bottle or two of formula (she's EBF) but I'm nervous about it, since reflux is so common in babies with this.
If your LO had this, when did it go away?

Yes, my ds was dx when he was 2months andhospitalized for a week. I will send you a private messagemessageater tonight with everything I know (my kids are crazy right now lol) but he is now 16 and the lm is gone and he is perfect. Write to you later :)

My DS has laryngomalacia and tracheomalasia. He has an undiagnosed genetic disorder, despite having genetic testing. He's 28 months now and doing pretty well. He was premature and was born with a small, recessed jaw that he had surgery on during his 3 month NICU stay. That's when he was diagnosed with laryngomalacia. His stay was so long because he was having issues with feeding and breathing. He had the jaw surgery to help that. He also has low tone. He ended up needing a feeding tube to eat because of swallowing difficulties.

While his case is most likely extreme, he has improved so much over time. Many kids grow out of laryngomalacia as they get older. There is a Facebook page called Coping with Laryngomalacia that is helpful that I follow.
