This beach cottage is located within walking distance to a private community freshwater lake. We have private beaches with lifeguards, beach bathrooms and community activities like boat races and fishing contest.
The community is extremely safe and quiet.

It's a 10 minute drive to LI sound beaches, 15 minute to ocean beaches. 10 minute drive to the start of LI wine country. 7 minutes to Splish Splash and Tanger outlets!
We are surrounded by thousands of acres of state parks with lots of wildlife.
