Thank you Bubble Guppies!!
DD watched an episode the other day that was about Deema eating broccoli and liking it. She has been asking to eat broccoli ever since! I actually need to go to the store tomorrow to buy more. It's the little things that make me happy haha.

That's awesome!
Bubble Guppies actually helped us explain to DS about my mom getting knee replacement (he had just seen the hospital episode, so my mom had a "boo-boo knee" just like Avi had a "boo-boo tail" and they both had to go to the hospital).

Bubble Guppies is one of the shows DD watches that I'll watch along with her and not cringe at. 
It's helped us too... when DD was almost 3, she needed a haircut so badly but was terrified of going for a cut. We'd taken her to a not-so-great place a few months earlier and she screamed the entire time. Well, one day we're watching the episode where Gil gets a haircut and she tells me, "Mommy, my hair is too long. Like Gil's! I need a haircut." I grabbed her, threw her into the car, and took her right to a place near us. Success!
