She's an actress who is in bitter custody battle with her ex. He has her kids in France. She was finally allowed visitation here in the US.

Has something to do with him not being allowed back in the US. So since he couldn't come to visit them and she can go to France the judge thought it was fair!
Really?...how about he fixes the issues on why he isn't allowed back here. With this ruling it all works in his favor and he doesn't have to fix anything.
I think it's terrible. She's been fighting for years to get this reversed.

I watched her interview on the View yesterday. She said that she would travel to Europe frequently to see them. However this year, he only let her see the kids for 11 days. The kids would expect to see her and he would turn her away.
Very messy custody battle.

From what I've read this is all a lot more complicated than your typical article shows. She isn't all innocent. He was banned from our country because of her actions. She figured she would get full custody by doing him dirty and it back fired and the judge ruled these American citizens would live with their dad and SHE could visit since he was let legally allowed to come into the USA.
I think it's ridiculous that any judge would rule that. Don't get me wrong. But she took a stupid risk trying to cut him out of their life completely. Divorce is ugly and bitter. I am sure when they got married neither thought the other would ever do something like this.

I know it had something to do with his work visa and some shady dealings. But I didn't know she was behind it.
He's been ordered to apply for a new work visa here in the US and he still hasn't done it. Because he knows that's the only thing allowing him to have the kids with him.
The fact that those kids are US citizens and are forced to live in another country is unbelievable.

I totally agree with you.
If memory serves me correctly she didn't even tell him when their daughter was born. He found out about it from the Internet. She tried hard to cut him out of their life. I think he fraudulently obtained a work visa and somehow she brought that to light with the hopes he would be deported and her and her children left in peace. The judge saw through her plan and said the children could live with the father and she could visit.
She's basically bankrupt from fight this legally. I feel really bad for her. However I would have moved to France and Monaco when they lived there too.
Also the kids go back with their father after the summer ends. So her battle is far from over. I sympathize.
