Flying with short layover and luggage
I'm trying to book a flight to vegas a month away. I want to fly in on a certain day.. Apparently I waited too long as all direct flights are a lot of money. I do have the option with Virgin America to fly with 30 min layover in LA. I am worried how in a half hour they will get my luggage on. They said it's no problem. I always try flying direct. Has anyone had problems with their luggage when flying with short layovers?

Flying with short layover and luggage
Can you do carry on only? That is what we do when we want to ensure we have our luggage and in Vegas you don't need bulky clothes.

I'd be more worried that you won't make the transfer. half an hour is not that much time, especially at LAX.

I agree. The bags I'm sure would make it but if your flight is even slightly delayed you're not going to make it.

I agree. The bags I'm sure would make it but if your flight is even slightly delayed you're not going to make it.
I know..this is what I am worried about. I am thinking of going a day later. Can't believe one month out and the prices.
