Is there a better side....
...to sleep on at night? I've heard not to on your left because you put pressure on the heart... then my friend told me today to always lie on my left because there are major arteries on the right side that could be affected...
So confused  Has anyone heard anything about either??

Yes, left, but I don't think you really have to worry about it until you're 16 or 20 weeks or so.

Left side is definately better...my doctor said it really doesn't matter until after your 4th month, but if I sleep any other way my right arm falls asleep because something is being pressed on that shouldn't be.

honestly, my doctor said to sleep however is comfortable. I still sleep on my stomach sometimes  and I am 15 weeks
just be sure to get enough sleep, whatever position you are in

Wow, so much to think about. These days I have found that I have to sleep on my back or else I don't feel so good.
